The accommodation was fairly basic but it had everything that was needed for a good stay. The aircon in my room was so quiet I hardly knew it was running. Bed comfy, good shower and breakfast had enough selection. Staff are friendly and they could speak a little bit of English which helped a lot. Good location from rail/bus station and close to the town centre, Niemeyer Centre and estuary.

Everything, I mean everything is in walking distance. Beautifully renovated building. Clean, comfortable with a buffet breakfast. The staff = very helpful with genuine smiles. Couldn't have had a better experience. I will definitely visit Avilés again and of course the same hotel. Value for money.

Good hotel in a location very close to the Place d'Espana in the centre of the city. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Room was very clean, a good shower and bed was super comfortable. Nice buffet breakfast selection which was reasonably priced. I enjoyed my stay very much.

friendly and helpful staff who speak English. Good breakfast. Very convenient for Niemeyer Cultural Centre and walking distance (around 10 minutes) bus and rail station. Bright, spacious clean room (405) with large bathroom; wifi works! Photogenic staircase!

Excellent location, really comfortable compact room for the one night stay, to lady on reception was extremely helpful and friendly, and a good parking facility next to the hotel for €11 for 24 hours. Definitely recommended all round
